1. Open the chat. Click the blue chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page. A box titled “Have a question?” will open.

2 .Enter your name. Type your first and last name in the Name field.

3. Enter your phone number. Type your number in the Phone field. The US flag is already selected, so you just need your 10-digit number.

4. Type your question. Replace “I want to know more” with your question, or leave it as is if you’d just like someone to reach out.

5. Check the consent box. Tick the box under the message that says you agree to be texted or called. The Send button stays gray until you check it.

6. Click Send. A representative will get back to you by text or phone at the number you entered.
